- Payment Information: For in-app purchases, payment processing is handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your credit card information. We may receive transaction confirmations and purchase history from Apple.

2.2 Information Automatically Collected
- Device Information: We collect information about your device, including device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.

Prohibited Content
Users are strictly prohibited from posting, sharing, or transmitting any content that:
4.1 Sexual Content and Pornography
- Contains explicit sexual content, nudity, or pornography
- Depicts sexual acts, sexual violence, or sexual exploitation
- Contains sexually suggestive or explicit language
- Promotes or solicits sexual services
- Contains any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content that could be considered as such
- Uses sexual imagery or language to harass, intimidate, or exploit others
Enforcement: Any content violating this policy will be immediately removed, and the user account will be permanently banned. We report illegal content to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
4.2 Violent, Graphic, or Disturbing Content
- Depicts graphic violence, gore, or extreme brutality
- Shows real or simulated acts of violence, torture, or harm to humans or animals
- Contains disturbing imagery that may cause psychological distress
- Promotes self-harm, suicide, or dangerous activities
- Contains graphic medical procedures or injuries
- Depicts death, mutilation, or severe injury in a graphic manner
- Contains content that could trigger trauma or phobias
Enforcement: Content that is excessively violent or disturbing will be removed immediately. Repeated violations may result in account termination.
4.3 Gambling and Betting
- Promotes or facilitates gambling, betting, or wagering activities
- Contains links to gambling websites or online casinos
- Advertises gambling services, lottery tickets, or betting platforms
- Encourages users to participate in gambling activities
- Provides information on how to gamble or place bets
- Contains gambling-related promotional content or offers
Enforcement: All gambling-related content will be removed. Users posting such content may face account suspension or termination.
4.4 Illegal Drugs and Substances
- Promotes, sells, or facilitates the use of illegal drugs or controlled substances
- Contains instructions on how to manufacture, purchase, or use illegal drugs
- Advertises drug paraphernalia or drug-related products
- Encourages or glorifies drug use
- Contains images or descriptions of illegal drug use
- Promotes the sale or distribution of prescription medications without a prescription
- Contains content related to the illegal use of legal substances
Enforcement: Any content related to illegal drugs will be immediately removed and reported to law enforcement. Users posting such content will be permanently banned.
4.5 Political Content
- Contains political campaigning, endorsements, or political advertisements
- Promotes specific political parties, candidates, or political movements
- Contains political propaganda or misinformation
- Encourages political activism or protests
- Contains content that could influence elections or political processes
- Promotes divisive political ideologies or extremist views
- Contains political content that may violate local laws or regulations
Enforcement: Political content will be removed to maintain a neutral, inclusive environment. Repeated violations may result in account restrictions.
4.6 Discrimination, Hate Speech, and Harassment
- Contains hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Promotes discrimination, segregation, or exclusion of any group
- Contains slurs, derogatory terms, or offensive language targeting protected groups
- Incites violence or hatred against individuals or groups
- Contains content that denies historical events such as the Holocaust or other genocides
- Promotes supremacist ideologies or extremist views
- Contains content that harasses, bullies, or intimidates others
- Uses discriminatory language or imagery
Enforcement: Any content containing discrimination or hate speech will be immediately removed. Users posting such content will be permanently banned, and we may report violations to law enforcement.
4.7 Additional Prohibited Content
- Spam and Scams: Unsolicited promotional content, phishing attempts, or fraudulent schemes
- Copyright Infringement: Content that violates intellectual property rights
- Personal Information: Sharing private information of others without consent
- False Information: Spreading misinformation, fake news, or deceptive content
- Malware and Security Threats: Links to malicious websites or content that could harm devices
- Illegal Activities: Content promoting any illegal activities beyond those specifically mentioned
4.8 Content Moderation
We employ a combination of automated systems and human moderators to review user-generated content. Our moderation process includes:

5. In-App Purchases and Payment Information
Tiva offers in-app purchases for premium features, subscriptions, and virtual items. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store payment system.

- All payments are processed securely through Apple's App Store
- We do not collect, store, or process your credit card or payment information
- Apple handles all payment transactions and stores your payment details securely
- We receive confirmation of purchases and transaction details from Apple for account management purposes

5.3 Subscription Management

- You can cancel subscriptions at any time through the App Store
- We do not have the ability to process refunds directly; all refund requests must be made through Apple
- Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled before the renewal date
5.4 Virtual Items and Currency
- Virtual items, coins, and in-app currency are non-transferable and non-refundable
- Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money
- Virtual items are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to other users
